Thank you for everything you did for the National City Police Department with respect to our challenge coins. You were very patient with me when I was trying to design a Chief’s challenge coin. You also designed our department coin which everyone was raving about. The colors are great and the flag stands out with our badge in the foreground.

Ed and Steve: I have been wearing my badge with pride and am saddened that my department has made it a policy that this badge can only be worn during September of each year. I would like to wear it year 'round. Many citizens have asked about it and many have asked that I remove it so they could hold it in their hands, I allow this with pride.

I think this is a wonderful thing and hope it goes on forever, just like our First Responders and our Flag.
