Terms of Service

 

All orders are made to your exact specifications. All sales on custom orders are final.

 

To our valued customers we pledge the following:

 

• No die fee*
• An art fee that is 100% credited towards the purchase price*
• No set up fee*

 

* On collector badge sets, pinsets, coins and patches you only pay unit cost, sales tax (if applicable) and shipping.

 

An Absolute Victory Insignia designer will provide high quality artwork via e-mail until your final approval. We do NOT begin production until you proof the project for layout, colors and spelling errors and give your final approval in writing. Upon approval you will receive an invoice. If a change is needed due to our error , we will correct it at no charge. The only time we will ever charge an add on fee is if you wish to make changes after you have instructed us to proceed with production. 

 

If you choose to skip a sample unit, or you process your order as a RUSH, you agree to accept the full order as is when received.  We do not do overruns and we do not sell custom product to anyone but those who placed the order.

 

In the event Absolute Victory Insignia is forced to seek legal action and or a collection agency to resolve an outstanding debt, you agree to cover any and all additional costs associated with collection of said debt. This includes but is not limited to, attorney fees, collection fees and court costs associated with the enforcement of collecting payment.

 

If you are using copyright material you assume full responsibility for its use. You are responsible for obtaining permission from the legal copyright holder and agree to hold Absolute Victory Insignia and its factories and or employees harmless in any legal action taken against you for copyright violations. 

 

Lastly; we promise exceptional customer service and a high quality product at a fair price. Our turnaround time is approximately 30 days after the final artwork is approved. However, due to the occasional unforeseen circumstance, we cannot be held liable for loss of profit, cost, income or any other monetary damages caused by missed deadlines.
